Harry Tormey

CTO

15 years experience working in software engineering at Bay Area companies such as Meta, Apple, Coinbase and various early stage startups.

At Coinbase Harry was responsible for consumer Borrowing and Lending, On-Chain advertising, Earn.com, Pro Mobile and Web3 developer tools and SDK’s.

Harry has managed a variety of teams shipping products and infrastructure to millions of customers leveraging technologies such as Airflow, Python, AWS, NodeJS, NextJS, React, React Native.

Niall O’Higgins

CEO

Senior engineering leader with over 18 years of experience working at Bay Area tech companies and high security environments such as Metaweb, Nextdoor and Coinbase.

At Coinbase, Niall was responsible for all end-to-end Crypto transaction processing - tens of billions of dollars a day, 24/7/365.

Niall, wrote the O’Reilly book “MongoDB and Python”, has spoken at AWS re:Invent and PyCon. Developed Rosetta open source blockchain standard (“Docker for Blockchains”).

A hands-on leader and Silicon Valley veteran, Stefan has spent over 15 years working across many parts of the stack. For the last decade, he's focused primarily on data and machine learning related systems and their connection to building product applications.

He has built many 0 to 1 and 1 to 3 versions of these systems at places like Stanford, Honda Research, LinkedIn, Nextdoor, Idibon, and Stitch Fix.

A regular conference speaker, Stefan has guest lectured at Stanford’s Machine Learning Systems Design course & Building Apps with LLMs Inside course, and is an author of two popular open source frameworks called Hamilton & Burr.

Maksym Naboka

Platform Engineering

Maksym is a Staff Software Engineer with over 10 years of experience specializing in Infrastructure, Backend, and Distributed Systems at companies including Coinbase, Mesosphere and Google X.

Andrew Atkinson

Postgres Specialist

Andrew is a Software Engineer and PostgreSQL specialist who enjoys building high-performance web applications. He wrote "High Performance PostgreSQL for Rails," published in 2024.

Andrew has spoken at conferences like PGDay Chicago and RailsConf, and has been a podcast guest. When not at a computer, he spends time with family and friends in Minneapolis, MN.
