About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Design Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of APX (Application Performance Xcellerator)—a platform that leverages AI to detect, diagnose, and resolve performance, reliability, and cost issues in modern applications. You will play a critical role in building and refining the frontend experience and UI/UX of APX, ensuring that developers can easily interact with and benefit from our AI-driven insights.
What You Will Do
- Develop (& help design) user-centric interfaces using Next.js, React and Tailwind CSS, ensuring an exceptional developer experience
- Implement efficient API interactions and state management (React Query is a plus)
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers to optimize data flow and system performance
- Enhance the UX of AI-generated insights to make them actionable for developers

What We Look For

- Full-stack mindset—comfortable working on frontend and backend integration, particularly in TypeScript and Python

We're seeking a fully-remote Senior Fullstack Engineer in a USA-aligned timezone to join our team building APX (Application Performance Xcellerator), an innovative platform that leverages AI to revolutionize how organizations optimize and maintain their data-intensive applications. You'll be at the forefront of creating an intelligent system that automatically detects, diagnoses, and resolves performance, reliability and cost issues while seamlessly integrating with modern development workflows.
What You Will Do
- Design and implement our multi-agent system architecture using Python and TypeScript to bring a 0-to-1 product to life
- Design, develop, and maintain a scalable, reliable, and secure backend using Python and Typescript
- Develop specialized AI agents
- Create interfaces for human experts to review and refine agent recommendations
- Build and maintain advanced integrations with APM/Cloud/Developer/Database/Observability platforms (e.g. Datadog, PostgreSQL, Github)
- Engineer feedback loops to improve agent performance based on human input
- Work with founders and frontend engineers to rapidly prototype user flows, gather customer feedback and iterate accordingly
- Troubleshoot and debug complex fullstack issues
What We Look For
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python and TypeScript, AI/LLM experience is a plus

- Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and event-driven architectures

Your ultimate goal is to ensure our customers achieve rapid time-to-value and renew after their trial period.
What You Will Do
- Partner closely with Sales to identify, qualify, and address technical challenges during the pre-sales process
- Lead product demonstrations and workshops, showcasing how APX's 24/7 AI agents can proactively detect and fix production issues
- Gather detailed customer requirements and propose integration architectures tailored to each customer's environment
- Coordinate and execute proof-of-concept (POC) and pilot programs, ensuring customers see real-world value quickly
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through the setup, configuration, and best practices for APX
